Monday Motivation in a #thoughtfuldailypost Welcoming the week

If you are here for the quick money, look again! Or go to the casino. This is not a place to get rich quick. You need to work and work hard. This is the place where pace and process go hand in hand.

Its always a time to adjust , to learn the rules, and engagement is key. There will be times when you think that you wrote the best blog ever and only made 0,30 hive or even less. Don’t stress maybe the time was busy and readers had so many choices, your blog just was out of resource credits from most of your readers or their interests are just not yours.

Always go on and think that you will always have another chance tomorrow. The use of tags is also very important to get readers and possible votes for your blogs.

So don’t rush the process. Allow yourself to grow at your own pace. Stop comparing your blogging life and skills to what other people are doing. I can tell you its a lost cause, and you can use your time inline more efficient.

On a more serious note... if you could indeed make a bit of fuzz about it, that would be great... After all, all liquid payout goes back to the winners and the HP of every post stays on this account, to make it stronger and... upvote other contest-winners...

Thoughts on rushing the process...?
I think it's good to just go at your own pace like you said, enjoy the journey and progress with continuous growth and self education and then celebrate the little things along the way.

Hi Paul, rushing a process is never good in y opinion , but getting a rush about your blogging is wonderful. How great is it that some of the other bloggers like what you do! Press the vote or follow button ..... so just make it your personal journey and take time, thats next to engagement the best way for me....

Also agreed... why rush? I often use the analogy of riding a bike, rather than driving in a car. Sure... a lot more work pedaling, but you always see more cycling than driving...

Taking the scenic route looks like to me. And you're correct. You see lots more people and have time to wave or say, "hi, how is your day going." You'll probably find they feel the same way.

Undoubtedly, you have to work to bring good stories to everyone. As you indicate, sometimes you think you have made the best post with a lot of effort and they vote for it little, many people feel disappointed, that is normal, but many of us have a lot of time here and mainly we must support the new ones, that is very important. @brittandjosie.

I love being able to help and motivate others. The work you do is beautiful, I love it.

Same here @bigtom13 I thought I was the best writer. Well 3cents didn't do anything to lift my fog it put me in. But slowly I learned what I was not doing to help my situation. Things changed after that. Nice to talk to you again. Take care.

Far back in my writing career I got plagiarized pretty badly. From that day on I've kept a record of every thing I have written. So, yeah, I can and do go back to some of my stuff.

I keep threatening to write a weekly motorcycle post about antique bikes. I wrote for a MC site for a few years, and own the research on maybe 500 old bikes. I actually own the whole post (single use license). So that might come into play.

I did a series on the great rivers of the West. That could easily be updated as could a series on Democracy/Socialism/Communism. Both were good writing.

Well when sourced and quoted which social it’s was on you can sure do that and I did some rants the past 2,5 years that are funny to read back , rant posts are great hihih

It wasn't on social, it was on a real live http sort of place :) I own them, but I need to rewrite anyway before they will translate here. I've done a couple, just to make sure that Cheetah doesn't come to visit. Second post I made here got that visit :)

You are correct. Hive is not a Ponzi or MLM. What it is a patience developer. Why? It takes lots of patience to start something different and only see it trickle along at a snails pace. But just like Wes was saying, the people you meet along the way and the things you learn is well worth the route taken.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts on this and reminding everyone again this is not a fast track station. You get out of it what you put into it.

What I hate the most is the attitude that you are going to be rewarded if you post in a certain Community or with a certain group. And when it doesn't come, then something must be wrong because others said you can get a good vote if you do.

Too many other variables at play that you're overlooking. And the concept that nothing is guaranteed is should be pasted somewhere on HIVE platform. Enter at your own risk...stay at our own fortitude.

Everybody has his own way towalk the bee hive or steem but when you are money driven its a short trip. We see it in the rally aswell and people just don’t luisten and read it well cant say we didnt warn you
