There are always going to be accounts and people that you value more than others, I have a few I vote at 100% but not many. The vast majority of my votes are set at 25% and that allows me to cast about 31 votes a day. All of my voting is manual, and I don't look at everything I vote on. Like you I try to help a lot of accounts that are just starting on Hive and I do that with my small vote, a lot of times I do comment, but I simply can not comment that many times a day on a consistent basis.

You are doing great in engagement and encouragement toward the new user while still not ignoring those that you helped previously. If the level/number of your votes is a worry then you really do have room to lower to 20-25% vote level and still give a decent reward to people.

One of the tools I use on peakd is the list tool. I create a list for various things I like, not everyone on a list is being followed by me so there are always items I can find to vote on if I find it getting close to the end of the day and I still have some vote poser left over.

I see the vote as a tool, I am more a consumer than a creator on Hive, I enjoy reading and interacting with a lot of different styles on Hive. So I use my vote to hopefully influence people to remain on Hive, and since my taste vary at different times of the year, I will vote for known creators that create what I have enjoyed in the past so that style or type content will still be available when I get to it.

You are and your communities are doing a great job.

wow thank you for these nice words and confidence that i am doing good, the voting i do is manual aswell, and ofcourse I want to give out more votes but there is always tomorrow and with low RC nobody can be helped so yes 25% makes 60 votes possible, so thats maybe a new thing to try.

The list tool is new for me , i have never used it and i use a black book just like to have a pen near the keyboard and penn down some things and alot i know after these 2,5 years here. i also try to answer all the comments i get , and the downvoters and unfollowers i give a comment aswell just to show i am not a bot.

so again i appreciate the nice words and i will try to see if my numbers are different next month

Terrific job. It is always fun seeing month end numbers and all the activity we conducted through the month.

It is obvious you are keeping yourself active on here. The more people that do that, the greater the growth of Hive.

Keep up the good work.

Any tips for approving the numbers ?

My view is comments tend to drive a lot of activity. The more comments we get out there, the better the results. It all feeds into other areas such as followers and engagement.

I also try to upvote comments as a way of rewarding people for their efforts.

No one would ever ask you to go away. Ha ha. Advice? Well I am in no position to advise, but I will tell you how much I look up to you and think you are a great model for blogging, engaging and supporting others on the blockchain and I appreciate everything you do.

I thought it was super interesting that over the three months your post count went down while your support of others went up. So it would seem that you are trying to find the perfect balance!

Just keep doing what you do. Keep being you! ❤️❤️❤️

Hi dear @jayna that was strange to see because i love posting but indeed i have to either do the one OR the other, or quit my job and do both but with this pi-roze of hive that wont pay the bills hahahaha
I am trying some thing out,
Great you came by

I am in exactly the same boat. There are just only so many hours in the day. At any given moment I could be writing fiction (my passion), writing a blog post, or curating and supporting others... or, or, or! Hanging out on Discord! Gardening, walking, being with family. There is a trade-off choice to make at any given moment!

It seems to me like you are doing well averaging roughly 1000 hive per month.

But what to do for 1500 per month , what would be a strategic thing to do to increase these numbers ?

I'm sitting at around 850.

I guess posting more and spending more time will work. We already engage.

But I find after a point earning more becomes tougher. I guess its a U graph with a gentle slope on the low end.

The way forward is inprove content based on what hive users with nice votes want (not by sucking up though ~ genuine interest), this isn't possible for everyone.

I think another idea is get to orca status. If you want to earn in the top 100 it helps to be in the top 100.

Its harder and also if veelmannerij think you don’t need the vote due to wallet or just looking at two , orca it is but gonna be a tough road getting there great you came by and told me this I appreciate it

Not needing the vote is one factor. But when I see people on powerdown or posting more than 2 or 3 times a day, I also get fatigued.

You are doing great and helping others. Simply continue to do what you are doing but remember to take a break if you feel burnout.

Wow, I'm truly honored seeing numbers like that. Thanks so much for your support and encouragement. It's a joy working with you. The name I have for you is "GTP" = Go To Partner. Whenever I need advise, you are never to busy to steer me towards the answer.

My advice to you: Please don't go away and keep doing exactly what you are doing now. I truly can't see how you find the time to engage with everyone. Do you ever sleep?

Thanks for all you do for the Terminal Redfish in steering them in the right directions and helping them grow. I know I appreciate it as I'm sure they do also.

Take care, and stay safe the rest of your week.
