As simple as life is, it is just as complicated in a way. I mean, we struggle each day to find or achieve those goals we have put in place by doing little things, taking small steps with the hope that we'd see our dreams become reality. You strive, work so hard, sweat so much just to move up from that spot you are and the moment you move, you are ushered into another phase of life.

In the world today, the main language is money....irrespective of how or where we are all striving for that one thing. We want more by the day, of course we need to survive....plus our needs as humans are insatiable.

So I have been Job hunting for sometime, finally I got an offer in an engineering company. I was actually happy about the offer but I feel like a part of me wants something else. Do I have a choice though? Most people now just do any job they can get hands on to put food on the table, or just for an income irrespective of if it is a job they love doing. I think this is the case for me, maybe I am feeling this way because it is my first day....but nah, I don't think so.

Like we all know, the rate of unemployment is increasing by the day. You get scared when you go for interviews where hundreds of people are hoping to be employed and you begin to wonder, when or how you are going to survive amongst this people. So I guess I'd keep this one, whether or not I "love" the job, at least that way I can make room for better opportunities to come and get the pay in my pocket.

Things may not always go your way, that's just life, but does it mean you have to remain in that spot waiting for it to go your way? Of course not, make do with the little in front of you before the big ones start coming. Also, I know it is easier said than done but being positive helps through difficult situation. Remember, a positive mindset see things different even in unfavourable situations.

Now I am telling me that, I may have not been offered that dream job now or I may not be doing what I would have loved to do at the moment, just take this as a learning process. I got a job, yay! great...it is time to learn a few things about engineering. Not my favorite field of work but I'd just have to find out the interesting part of the job.
