No. Steem-engine is an exchange. They received customers' steem. And their steem from customers are all duplicated as HIVE during the HardFork. They will get both Hive and Steem. Customers Steem which entered Steem-Engine turned to Steemp, ENG, EM, EMFour, and all other steem-engine tokens. Since they get duplicated HIVE corresponding to STEEM they custady from customers, they should duplicate all the tokens in Steem-Engine.
The actual air drop need to take time, but the snapshot should be made for later airdrop of customers' all the tokens.

It's not token owner perspective. It's fair trade convention. When exchanges have customers' assets in custody and they will get duplicated new assets from their customers asset custody, they should also supply to customer the same. It's not only for coin HF, but also for stock, currency and others. You mentioned bitcoinp, but bitcoinp is different because Bitcoin is not hardforked at this time. But All steem related tokens should be duplicated. And I guess that amountt of other peg tokens are trivial.

After the duplication of Hive-Engine, they can discard it letting users do whatever, no more development or so, and they can make Token-Engine instead later. But duplicating Steemp only does not make sense. Especially when we think that ENG, EMFour, EM are the native token to Steem-Engine. Lots of the Steem for which they will get HIVE is from customers and customers' asset turned to steem-engine tokens. They get duplicated, but no for customer ? It's not fair, and it can make legal troubles.

_3. Witness Node Software Should Be Made Easy to Install and Run so that commons can run Witness node.

_4. Remove DownVote Except for Strictly ilLegal contents i.e human/durg/weapon/kid porno trafficking, copyright/personal info infringement, scam etc.
