Everyone's favorite Sprat cake

My family is very fond of this fish cake. I advise you to cook it.
Ingredients:

Egg (raw) - 5 pcs
Canned fish (Sprats in oil) - 1 ban.
Garlic - 3 teeth.
Hard cheese - 150-200 g
Milk - 150 ml
Flour (by eye)
Mayonnaise - 5 tbsp. l.

Preparation:

  1. Break the eggs. Beat with a whisk. Pour in milk and a little flour,
    dough like pancakes.
    We bake pancakes

Knead the sprats with a fork.
We pass the garlic through a press. Add half the mass of garlic and half the mayonnaise to the sprats.
Grate cheese and mix with half mayonnaise and remaining garlic
We spread the pancake on a deep plate, cover the cheese mass on it, cover it with the pancake, put the sprat mass on it, and so on, until the pancakes and filling run out.
We send it to the refrigerator, as long as there is enough patience, I had a night in stock.
