I am appointing a US attorney to sue Twitter for allowing Hive to open an account in my name with out my permission

Suing Twitter-12Nov20.png

A firm of US attorneys advise me to sue for $xx million - I may have to settle for less, but I doubt Twitter will be feeling friendly towards Hive once this becomes public.

I am a known anti globalist/NWO supporter, and have beem very vocal in my contempt for those who still keep an account there after they have blatantly banned or shadow-blocked accounts of conservatives. I am charging that Hive and Twitter conspired to humiliate me in the eyes of friends and those who share my political beliefs.

Hive, the witnesses I presume, forced my accounts to be copied on Twitter. Since I use my real life name in my posts, it means they have exposed me to ridicule and distrust by my fellow-conservatives.

I made a post 2 days ago warning I do not want to be on Twitter for any of my Hive accounts, but I was ignored by Hive (whoever it is that is responsible for creating this cross-linking (if that is the description)). It is not up to me to identify them, I made my objection known publicly on the Hive platform and whatever it ends up costing Twitter, I suspect they will know who to re-claim their damages from.

This is my FINAL NOTICE. Remove my links to Twitter on all my Hive accounts (listed below) within three (3) days, or else I give my instructions to the attorneys and, of course, I will ensure news of this action will be shared with all other platforms. I cringe on behalf of friends at Hive to think of how the Steemit owners will be laughing.

I am not doing this for the money, since the attorneys will handle the case for a large share of whatever the settlement is; I just want it known by all my friends that I was betrayed by Hive and had no part in the linking of my accounts here to Twitter.

Anyone reading this who feels I am causing damage to Hive, you would do well to consider the facts before claiming I am responsible for this mess. Those who chose to force this on us are fully responsible. Why don't you unvote them as your witnesses if you want to do the right thing?

Monday morning, 16th November, 2020, if I have not been satisfied that my accounts are no longer linked to Twitter, I will be sending notice to Twitter of my intention to sue - and the reasons. Whatever their reactions, you, the Hive team, are responsible, since you acted in an underhand way.

Alex

This will be interesting, I hope sense prevails and Hive will remove the Twitter link. And for others that don't want them.

They are all pretending they do not see my posts....
the great thing about the legal system in the US, if you need to sue and you cannot afford it, there are many attorneys who will take the case on the basis of costs plus a large share is theirs to deduct. I do not care about my share, even if it is just $1....as long as the result is that they are forced to close the unauthorised twitter accounts. I have a feeling that if twitter gets sued because of Hive, they will shut down ALL the accounts, which means that even those who would like to be a part of this are forced out.

It really is stupid of them, as they could have asked everyone and only connected those who want it.

EDIT
A thought crossed my mind: What if the links built-in are only to enable those who want to be on twitter...by them refusing to answer me, they are not going to be able to use that argument, as they have caused me much emotional distress by keeping quiet, so it will be as if they are guilty of doing what I charge them with.

Okay, I now have twit and hivebuzz blocked, so I no longer worry about it.

Anybody needs help to do the same, just ask.
