Soy Emilee Rams. Hoy me uno a esta preciosa comunidad que he estado leyendo por varios días y me encanta porque lleva en alto su nombre "Catarsis" que entre los antiguos griegos, significa la purificación de las pasiones del ánimo mediante las emociones que provoca la contemplación de una situación trágica ó la liberación y eliminación de recuerdos que alteran la mente o el equilibrio nervioso.
Quiero compartir algunos escritos que llevo plasmados en mi mente y en mi cuaderno personal. Cada que siento y tengo pensamientos que para mi son especiales, los anoto. Me permiten reconocer, cada que los leo, mi manera de pensar en cada etapa importante de mi vida.

I am Emilee Rams. Today I join this beautiful community that I have been reading for several days and I love it because it carries its name "Catharsis" which among the ancient Greeks, means the purification of the passions of the spirit through the emotions caused by the contemplation of a tragic situation or the release and elimination of memories that alter the mind or nervous balance.
I want to share some writings that I have captured in my mind and in my personal notebook. Every time I feel and have thoughts that are special to me, I write them down. They allow me to recognize, every time I read them, my way of thinking in each important stage of my life.
Algo que leí, que "las mejores batallas se ganan en silencio" y notas como hay una voz que ronda tu cabeza y dice que es mejor que guardes silencio, es mejor tragarte tus frías palabras, a veces es mejor. Mientras eso sucede. debes aprender a dosificarlas con la razón, sacando lo más puro de tu corazón.
Es curioso como todo ocurre por procesos y como todos van en distintos pasos o direcciones y cuando son muy diferentes, solo hay espacio para la discordia, así como lo es para el amor.
Mi mente esta clara de lo que debo hacer, pero mi corazón aun miente debido a todo lo que esta fuera de él, que me confunde, pero esto es como una criatura que debes dominar, hasta que sea y esté tranquilo, con vista a lo más oscuro y no tenga miedo a entrar en él, porque ya sabe como salir, ya sabe que si entra, tiene el sendero marcado para salir.
Something I read, that "the best battles are won in silence" and you notice how there is a voice that goes around your head and says that it is better to keep silent, it is better to swallow your cold words, sometimes it is better. While that happens, you must learn to dose them with reason, bringing out the purest of your heart.
It is curious how everything happens by processes and how they all go in different steps or directions and when they are very different, there is only room for discord, as it is for love.
My mind is clear about what I must do, but my heart still lies because of all that is outside of it, that confuses me, but this is like a creature that you must dominate, until it is calm, with a view to the darkest and is not afraid to enter it, because it already knows how to get out, it already knows that if it enters, it has the marked path to get out.
La tormenta siempre aparecerá, es obligatoria y alborotará cada espacio de tu mente asi como un niño desordena sus juguetes, no habrá espacio que no quede desordenado.
Cada día es una nueva oportunidad, un nuevo comienzo para demostrar lo valioso que somos y aunque en ocasiones estemos rodeados de maldad, sacaré a flote mi bondad e iluminaré mi camino y el de los demás.
The storm will always appear, it is obligatory and it will disturb every space in your mind just as a child messes up his toys, there will be no space that is not messed up.
Every day is a new opportunity, a new beginning to show how valuable we are and even if sometimes we are surrounded by evil, I will bring out my goodness and illuminate my path and that of others.
Sé que cada instante esta lleno de diferentes toma de decisiones pero el llenarte de pensamientos positivos te acercará a la mejor decisión. Si me quiebro, me levantaré y si me destruyó completamente, renaceré.
