¡@dimeilaz Witness Update #2! | Proyectos realizados y visión de futuro para el 2024 [ES | EN]
Welcome back to my blog, guys! Today I bring you the second witness update post @dimeilaz, which will be the last one for this year so I can talk about the goals achieved, the projects done and the vision I want to share for next year.
Generally writing these things help me to have a path to follow so I don't lose the route and I can focus on accomplishing as many goals as possible; since I launched this Witness the journey has been interesting, I have received and lost support, I have received criticism, I have received a lot of pressure but I have also learned to know myself much more than I should and that makes me grow not only as a Hiver but as a human being, so, without more to add, let's talk about my Witness.
¡Bienvenidos de nuevo a mi blog, chicos! El día de hoy les traigo el segundo post de actualización del witness @dimeilaz, el cuál será el último por este año para poder conversar sobre los objetivos alcanzados, los proyectos realizados y la visión que quiero compartir para el año que viene.
Generalmente el escribir estas cosas me ayudan a tener un camino que recorrer para no perder la ruta y poder enfocarme en cumplir la mayoría de los objetivos posibles; desde que lancé este Testigo la travesía ha sido interesante, he recibido y perdido apoyo, he recibido críticas, he recibido mucha presión pero también he aprendido a conocerme muchísimo más de lo que debería y eso me hace crecer no solo como Hiver sino como ser humano, así que, sin más que agregar, vamos a hablar sobre mi Witness.
Witness Status
Unfortunately I am ending the year 4 places below how I reviewed in my [previous update](https://peakd. com/hive-110011/@dimeilaz/dimeilaz-witness-update-1-or-escalando-el-top-de-testigos-materializando-proyectos-y-mas-es-or-en), which was written in April, that is, 8 months ago, however, I feel happy because I have really moved down some positions because back then there were not so many Hispanic witnesses that today are positioned much higher than me like @hispapro, @hivecuba, etc.
I am very happy to be able to stay in the top 80 and I would love to finish the year in the top 70 but if I can't, I am still grateful for the support you have given to my node.
In 8 months alone I have grown my HP by 900, and I must admit that I could have reached almost double that, but I have had to do a lot of Power Downs to deal with real life situations that I am slowly getting under control.
By 2024 I have a goal to top the year with 10,000 of Hive Power and I promise you that if I don't reach it, at least I will be very close, I will work very hard to stop doing Power Downs by finding new ways to get money outside of blockchain.
Estátus del Witness
Lamentablemente estoy terminando el año 4 puestos por debajo de como reseñé en mi actualización anterior, la cuál fue redactada en Abril, es decir, hace 8 meses, sin embargo, me siento feliz porque realmente he bajado algunos puestos porque en aquél entonces no habían tantos testigos hispanos que hoy en día están posicionados mucho más arriba que yo como @hispapro, @hivecuba, etc.
Me siento demasiado feliz de poder mantenerme en el top 80 y me encantaría terminar el año dentro del top 70 pero si no se puede, de igual forma estoy agradecido por el apoyo que le han dado a mi nodo.
En 8 meses sólamente he hecho crecer mi HP en 900, y debo admitir que podría haber alcanzado casi el doble de ello, pero he tenido que hacer muchos Power Downs para poder lidiar con situaciones en la vida real que estoy controlando poco a poco.
Para el año 2024 tengo la meta de culminar el año con 10.000 de Hive Power y les prometo que si no lo alcanzo, al menos estaré muy cerca, trabajaré muchísimo por dejar de hacer Power Down buscando nuevas maneras de obtener dinero fuera de la blockchain.
My Consolidated Projects
Hivehub Community Statistics Page
First of all, I have already a few months working for @peak.open team, my first project with them was the Community Statistics page of the HiveHub project, I have been a web developer for 7 years and I have been able to practice with them in an incredible way.
We are currently developing another project that will be launched very soon that will be a very cool tool for people who love to Swap between cryptos, then you will know the details.
Supporting role with the @aliento Witness
For those who don't know, I'm part of the @aliento witness team, this happened long before I launched my own witness; my assigned jobs there have to do with the technical support part of the node, maintenance and soon I'll be looking to develop some interesting things together with @enrique89.
I also do the job of being a personal designer in case they need anything in any post, I also work as a copywriter and many other things more.
Gaming Project
This year I was signed by a gaming arena in my city, Caracas, Venezuela known as Valhalla Gaming Arena, and I want to take advantage of this nexus with the gaming industry in my country to bring Hive to many gamers, besides being able to give talks about our blockchain and various projects of which I will tell you more later.
Besides that, I have created the account @dimeilazgg to strengthen my personal brand as a gamer, use Web 2 to make noise about Web 3 and about Hive to generate traffic to our blockchain, it is a long term project but I feel it can work.
Representation of Hive at Caracas Blockchain Week
This year I had the opportunity to get on a stage to be a kind of co-speaker because I had to translate a presentation made by our friend @starkerz in the biggest crypto-event in my country known as Caracas Blockchain Week; we generated a lot of visualization and diffusion of our blockchain and I had the opportunity to leave Hive very well represented in many areas.
Gaming Community (Ready Player Hive - @playerhive)
Currently, I lead a project within the community and the Discord server @aliento in which I have generated a gaming community, supporting and curating gaming content, we currently have 56 weeks of activity and counting.
For the year 2024, my co-host @bananasfallers and I have decided to make some changes that were consulted with the community regarding the project account to make the program totally self-sustainable and thus be able to generate budget to reward more decisively to the creators who week after week bring us very good content.

Estadísticas de Comunidades en Hivehub
En primer lugar, tengo ya unos cuantos meses trabajando para el equipo de @peak.open, mi primer proyecto con ellos fue la página de Estadísticas de Comunidades del proyecto HiveHub, soy desarrollador web desde hace 7 años y he podido ejercer junto a ellos de una forma increíble.
Actualmente estamos desarrollando otro proyecto que se lanzará muy pronto que será una herramienta muy genial para las personas que aman realizar Swap entre criptos, luego conocerán los detalles.
Apoyo al Testigo @aliento
Para los que no lo saben, formo parte del equipo del testigo @aliento, esto sucedió mucho antes de yo lanzar mi propio testigo; mis trabajos asignados allá tienen que ver con la parte de soporte técnico del nodo, manetenimiento y próximamente buscaré desarrollar algunas cosas interesantes junto a @enrique89.
También hago el trabajo de ser diseñador personal por si necesitan cualquier cosa en cualquier post, también trabajo de redactor y muchas otras cosas más.
Proyecto Gaming
Este año fui firmado por una arena gaming en mi ciudad, Caracas, Venezuela conocida como Valhalla Gaming Arena, y quiero aprovechar ese nexo con la industria gaming dentro de mi país para acercar a Hive a muchos gamers, además de poder dar charlas sobre nuestra blockchain y diversos proyectos del cuál les hablaré más adelante.
Además de ello, he creado la cuenta @dimeilazgg para poder afianzar mi marca personal como gamer, utilizar la Web 2 para hacer ruido sobre la Web 3 y sobre Hive para generar tráfico hacia nuestra blockchain, es un proyecto a largo plazo pero siento que puede funcionar.
Representación de Hive en la Caraacas Blockchain Week
Este año tuve la oportunidad de poder montarme en una tarima para ser una especie de co-speaker porque tuve que traducir una ponencia que realizó nuestro amigo @starkerz en el mayor cripto-evento de mi país conocido como Caracas Blockchain Week; generamos mucha visualización y difusión de nuestra blockchain y tuve la oportunidad de dejar a Hive muy bien representada en muchos ámbitos.
Comunidad Gaming (Ready Player Hive - @playerhive)
Actualmente, llevo un proyecto dentro de la comunidad y el server de Discord de @aliento en el cuál he generado una comunidad gaming, apoyando y curando contenido gaming, actualmente tenemos 56 semanas de actividad y contando.
Para el año 2024, mi co-host @bananasfallers y yo hemos decidido realizar unos cambios que fueron consultados con la comunidad con respecto a la cuenta del proyecto para volver el programa totalmente autosustentable y así poder generar presupuesto para recompensar de forma más determinante a los creadores que semana tras semana nos traen muy buen contenido.
Future Projects
I want to continue consolidating many of my projects, one of them is to continue doing more episodes of my podcast BEE-TWEEN that this year I neglected it quite a lot and I feel that there were many things that I could touch, the problem is that I always try to look for special guests but I feel that I should also do this podcast alone to touch important topics that many people need to understand within our Hispanic community.
I have a social impact project that I am going to work to make it come out in the best way possible and I know we are going to use the power of blockchain to improve the lives of many artists, you will know more details soon.
I also want to keep developing important things, so we'll see what the future holds with the @peak.open team.
Also, I will soon be working on a project with @noakmilo that many of you will like and I won't give more details so everything goes as it should.
Proyectos Para El Futuro
Quiero seguir consolidando muchos de mis proyectos, uno de ellos es seguir haciendo más episodios de mi podcast BEE-TWEEN que este año lo descuidé bastante y siento que hubo muchas cosas que podía tocar, el problema es que siempre intento buscar invitados especiales pero siento que también debería hacer este podcast en solitario para tocar tópicos importantes que muchas personas necesitan entender dentro de nuestra comunidad hispana.
Tengo un proyecto de impacto social que voy a trabajar para que salga de la mejor manera posible y sé que vamos a utilizar el poder de la blockchain para mejorar la vida de muchos artistas, pronto sabrán más detalles.
Quiero también seguir desarrollando cosas importantes, así que veremos qué depara el futuro con el equipo de @peak.open.
Además, pronto trabajaré en un proyecto con @noakmilo que les gustará a muchos de ustedes y no daré más detalles para que todo salga como debería ser.
