WRC Rally Monza will use F1 track and mountain roads behind it

Hi, friends!

Italy will have two rounds of the World Rally Championship this season: Rally Sardinia which is a gravel rally and Rally Monza which should be a pure tarmac event.

It is unusual to use F1 circuit in WRC these days because no one do this for decades. I remember when some special stages of WRC Rally GB were driven on Silverstone or Donington circuit/park but that was so long ago.

Rally Monza organizers revealed these days that Friday and Sunday will be run circuit and Saturday will be held on mountains behind the circuit.

Well, this would never happen in the normal world but we are now in the middle of coronavirus pandemic and we can only hope to stay alive and healthy.
