Onboard rally video of the day - Vatanen with Opel Manta at Manx Rally

All tarmac rallies of British Rally Championship are the super fast without place for error. Every error is a big shunt and on this video you can see the 'moment' of ex-World Rally Champion Ari Vatanen with rear-drive machinery Opel Manta group B rally car.

The thing is that he started special stage with the cold tires and after a few km he couldn't have tires on the working temperature so his back went dieways and luckily he missed the post from the both sides. You can hear co-driver saying: Dear God...

Just to say that when I passed my driving license test, my biggest wish was Opel Manta because one of my friends had it at that time and showed he good that can go.

My father refused to help with buying it because he wanted newer car.
