Onboard rally video of the day - Duval with Citroen Xsara WRC at Rally Cyprus

Hi, friends!

Francois Duval from Belgium was a big rally star in the mid-2000's and he was also declared as the best young star of the World Rally Championship in 2004.

That's why he was signed for Citroen for 2005 but that season was full of upside-downs and lot's of bad crashes.

At one moment his co-driver at that time Stephane Prevot split with Duval because he was too scared to sit beside of him in a rally car.

But everything finished good because Duval won WRC Rally Australia as a last rally of the season.

Guy Frequelin, Citroen's boss at that time wanted to help him to find some sponsorship but that failed.

Duval drove Škoda Fabia WRC in 2006 but without success.

Here we have onboard rally video from Rally Cyprus 2005. I always liked that rally because it is not too fast and it is a gravel event.
