Fourmaux won Rally Islas Canarias 2020

Hi, friends!

Three big things happened this weekend on the scene of the World Rally Championship, Furst and the most important is that we have a new ERC champion and it is Alexey Lukyanuk who really deserved it with his drives whole season.

Second important thing is that we have a new Junior European Rally Champion and his name is Oliver Solberg. Beside a glory he also gets 100 000€ prize and this will also be a good boost for the following season because in motorsport budget is really important thing.

The last important thing is that Frenchman Adrien Fourmaux won his first big rally and this is also a big boost for M-Sport team because their R5 Fiesta didn't have bigger result from the end of 2018 when Lukyanuk won his first ERC championship. Maybe this Ford Fiesta Rally2 has a potential for a bigger results but I doubt it.

This was so specialized rally and the tires were so important here. Fourmaux did the excellent tire choices and won the rally. Good stuff.

Andreas Mikkelsen finished only 6th overall after really bad tire choice yesterday so he couldn't do better today.

Now we can only wait for Rally Monza next weekend and that's it.
