Bonato tested with Citroen ahead of Monte Carlo Rallye 2021

Hi, friends!

After yesterday's test by Eric Camilli with Citroen Racing, today's turn was for double French tarmac champion Yoann Bonato to try newest Citroen machinery called C3 Rally2, which is something that was called R5 until recently.

Entry list for Monegasque event will be released in a three or four days and we will know exactly who drives for which team but it is well known that Citroen does business with the satellite teams and some of them are PH Sport which will probably run the car for Eric Camilli and another French team called CHL Sport Auto which is Bonato's tuner for years.

But Citroen Racing gave them test with the works car in the French Alps to try the car on snow which will probably be the partly surface of the rally.

Bonato finished last season's Monte Carlo Rallye in the 12th place, which is three place below Camilli.

Well, Camilli was a works driver for various teams and he has plenty of experience so it won't be a problem to be kinda top Citroen driver for Monte.

It seems that Mads Ostberg won't be at Monte because there is no test announced for him (for now). Maybe he will start his program in February at snow of Finland.

Let the best win - as always...

Man, there's just something about the sound of a rally car, it's just so satisfying.
