Blast from the past - 1992 Monte Carlo Rally

Hi, friends!

World Rally Championship season 2021 starts in two days with legendary Monte Carlo Rallye. This is the event which every rally driver wants to win and a dream of every rally driver to compete at least some day.

It is so strange to see those old Lancia Delta HF Integrale rally cars today when compared to the new WRC cars like Toyota Yaris WRC or Hyundai i20 WRC.

Well, sport really progressed heavily and because I follow it from season 1992, I know it the best.

Toyota Celica was really interesting rally car those days but Lancia's sound was just something special.

Some of you probably ask yourself - what was the leading class those days - WRC?! No, WRC was introduced in 1997 so in 1992 Group A was still the highest class in rallying (class A8 is the similar to current WRC class).
