Andreucci won Rally Città di Arezzo 2020

Luck can sometimes be cruel and rock place because Emil Lindholm had lead for whole rally until the last special stage when he had to retire because of the technical problem on his Škoda Fabia R5.

He didn't break anything on the suspension but I found on his twitter profile the something just broke on the car just before the last special stage of the rally.

Andreucci proved once again that he is an old fox who knows that he must wait sometimes and he waited long enough to see that leader of the rally retired. It was easy for him to finish the rally comfortably and take the overall win.

It is also another win for Citroen C3 R5 and finally prove that hard work should be paid off after all.

Simone Campedelli took 2nd place overall in his M-Sport prepared Ford Fiesta R5 and it is strange not to see that car on the highest place of the podium for a long time.

It seems that guys from M-Sport slept for a long time and now almost all R5 manufacturers are beating them. Shame for that nice and strong car.
