THE MYSTERY OF REPENTANCE!

Psalm 40:11

Do not withhold your mercy from me, Lord;

may your love and faithfulness always protect me.

Repentance is a return which repositions you. It is a spiritual renovation which qualifies you for recovery. When a building is dilapidated and in danger of collapsing, a measure of renovation can reestablish it integrity and make it safe and habitable again.

That is what repentance does. Sin turns you away from the way of God and disqualifies you from the habitation of the Holy Spirit. Without the Holy Spirit, man is a working corpse; a disaster which could happen any moment. But like a critically ill person, who is treated by a good doctor and recovers: repentance is the way to spiritual recovery.

It opens the door of mercy, and mercy turns away the anger of God, turns away intended harm or judgement. Mercy leads to leniency, pardon and compassion. Whereas sin leads to an evil wage, mercy opens the door for gifts. A wage is what you earn for the work you did. So sin is actually an evil work and it goes with commensurate pay. Romans 6:23 says, "For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Christ our Lord".
Repentance closes damaging doors which sin opens and opens doors that change our position and colour.

      TODAY, God by His mercies, will close every evil negative door in your life in Jesus name! God by mercy will open doors of mercy, restoration, recovery and progress for you, in Jesus name!

LET US PRAY:

• Thank God for the word you have heard.
• Ask God for grace to move forward and never to go backwards again forever.
• Command every satanic doors opened in your life, marriage, home, business or over your children; to be shut by fire in Jesus name.
• Command every doors that the enemy has shut in your life, marriage, business, finance or your children; to open now by fire in Jesus name.
