Oh Lord, Do not stay away from me
- Why standest thou afar off, O LORD? why hidest thou thyself in times of trouble?
- The wicked in his pride doth persecute the poor: let them be taken in the devices that they have imagined.
- For the wicked boasteth of his heart's desire, and blesseth the covetous, whom the LORD abhorreth.
- The wicked, through the pride of his countenance, will not seek after God: God is not in all his thoughts. Psalm 10 vs 1-4
O Lord, don't take your presence away
Do n't take your Spirit away from me
If you ever desire to take something aware
Lord please hide not thy presence from me
Why has THOU chosen Lord
to watch me from afar off
As my enemy inflict pains on me?
O Lord thou knowest about my troubles
More than any one else would do
So hide not thy face from me
because of my wickedness
Yes thy eyes are too Holy to behold iniquity
But would I keep hold of guilt for years to come?
When your blood was shed for sinners like me?
Keep not afar from me O my MAKER
How long will You watch with patience
When the wicked doth persecute the poor?
And when will You persecute them that persecute me
When they smile and boast that I have none to help?

Do not let the wicked boast again
over the pains he has caused me
Let no lips confess about my loved one's death
For that will make my FAITH in you fail.
