Jesus Kept on Looking up for me.
He Kept on Looking up for me
Thank you for your grace Lord
Thank you for the price you paid
Mocked, flocked, denied and rejected
Yet not a word you said
Long had I fallen from your grace
And satan tortured me in disgrace
Spending nights after night in regret
With deep heartbreaks I can’t forget
When, the enemies rose up like a flood
Lord, you came along looking out for me
When my verdict read guilty
You came right in on time
When my soul was condemned to hell
I the bliss of eternity glory I’d fail
For all my work when put in scale
Not one would have saved me from hell
When the doctor said no
My disease beyond what they know
Few days I’ll have before I go
But grace appeared at the gate
What would I have done without you
Who would I have run to set me free
From the debts no millions can pay?
Your BLOOD oh Lord has set me free
Three years without a pill
Nor syringe pieced into my vein
Only headache to name as pain
But others live with drugs to ease the pain
