Judge Not
It is quite easy for us to judge others, the reason been that we want to be right and be superior and to execute commands and demand to be adhered to. It is an innate characteristic of Humans but it is not something that we ought to nurture for it to grow for it goes against the law of love.
You never know what someone may truly be going through when you see things from the surface and just judge. Unless you can wear their shoes and be in their exact condition and still act different then you may be allowed to judge.
And so be meticulous in how you lash out on others and quickly jump into conclusion because you may probably had done worse. A calm water does not mean it is not turbulence or deep, the ocean is big however at different places there are tides whereas in other places there is calm. It does not make it any different as an ocean.
