There is a reality that can only be seen through faith

The Bible describes that faith is the certainty of what is expected, the conviction of what is not seen and for this reason we pray because our faith is being tested and only through the lens of faith can we look at the reality of what is already happening. It is through faith that we can connect with it so that fear goes away anxiety leaves anxiety so the Bible advises us not to be anxious for anything.

At these moments we can ask ourselves what we have in our hands to face this reality that is overwhelming the world and that obviously comes to motivate us to pray more and seek more the presence of God.

When our trust is in God, He will keep our hearts because the word tells us not to try or worry for anything so that the peace of God that passes all understanding keeps our hearts in Christ Jesus our Lord.

We might think that we have nothing in our hands to combat this reality, but if we have much, look at these words that Elisha says to the widow, he asks him, what do you have? and she says nothing to him just a pot of oil

Through faith is that we can look at the power and greatness of God

2 Kings 4: 1-7
4 A woman, of the wives of the children of the prophets, cried out to Elisha, saying: Your servant my husband is dead; and you know that your servant was fearful of Jehovah; and the creditor has come to take two of my sons as servants.
2 And Elisha said to him, What shall I do to you? Tell me what you have at home. And she said, Your handmaid has nothing in the house, but a jar of oil.
3 He said to him: Go and ask for vessels borrowed from all your neighbors, empty vessels, not a few.
4 Come in then, and lock yourself and your children; and pour into all the vessels, and when one is full, set it aside.
5 And the woman went away, and shut the door, shutting herself and her children; and they brought her the vessels, and she threw of the oil.
6 When the vessels were full, he said to one of his sons: Bring me still other vessels. And he said: There are no more vessels. Then the oil stopped.
7 Then she came and told the man of God, who said: Go and sell the oil, and pay your creditors; and you and your children live on what is left.

We must know that God uses weak instruments to achieve great results in those who seek Him from the heart. For this reason approaching God in the midst of this tribulation that we all go through today is the best attitude and the best path that someone can wisely choose. We can see in the suggested reading that this widow had many debts as a result of which the prophet Abdias had left and the responsibility now fell on her but this woman did not seek any help she went directly to the man of God who had all the answer to that affliction that she was going through.

The response of this widowed woman was the most correct because she heard what the prophet told her and perhaps obeyed with the certainty that something was going to happen coming from the man of God.

And the answer to this obedience was that the oil multiplied, it flowed in a wonderful way, and she was able to pay all her debt.
In this sense, the most important thing in cases of affliction is to obey and trust so that the glory of God can manifest itself in our lives and in the worst moments
