God speaks today: "But he who listens to me will dwell with confidence"

In my devotional today, searching the Scriptures and meditating on it, I received a word of hope from the Lord in this complex time that we have had to live, and this sweet word that the Lord mediated says thus:

But he who hears me will dwell confidently And live quietly, without fear of evil.
Proverbs 1:33 King James Version (RVR1960)

How many of us do not want to live still and calm in this time of pandemic. The truth is that we all want to live without fear, without anguish and worries about the things that are happening.

We want to lead a life full of peace and security, apart from all contagion of illness. We want to live in harmony with our children, transmit love instead of fear, we want to transmit peace instead of anguish.

We really want in this time is to live with our loved ones isolated from all anguish and despair.

The Lord advises us in this proverb that we must hear his voice, that we must listen to his word to give us the revelation of living quietly and safely in our homes.

Hearing the voice of God helps us to know his plans for each one of us. God wants to teach us by his word how to overcome these times of anguish that we are living. The key to overcoming fear is hearing the voice of God, because faith is by hearing the word of God. We can then be calm and full of confidence hearing the voice of the Lord.

This challenging time of crisis that we are experiencing can be overcome by finding confidence in the word of God. The Lord's command is that we listen to his word so that we can live calm and confident.
