Maintaining unity among brothers
If something pleases me as a young man, it is to see unity between brothers, be it blood brothers or brothers in Christ.
In the church where I gather with my parents, love and unity among the brothers is a very important pillar for the number and spiritual growth of the church.

When problems or differences arise between the brothers, the pastor immediately with the word of the Lord attacks the problem so that unity in the church is not broken. This happened in one of the churches founded by the Apostle Paul, which Paul expressed his admiration for how loving the church of the Philippians was. However, there was a difference between two sisters who had helped Paul in preaching the word and evangelizing. The sisters were estranged due to some problems between them, however Pablo encouraged the brothers of the church to find a way to unite them and to return to brotherly love.
So, my beloved and desired brothers, my joy and crown, so stand firm in the Lord, beloved. 2 I beg Evodia and Syntyche to share the same feelings in the Lord. 3 Likewise, I also ask you, faithful companion, to help those who fought together with me in the gospel, with Clement as well and with my other collaborators, whose names are in the book of life. 4 Rejoice in the Lord always. Again I say: Rejoice! 5 Your kindness be known to all men. The Lord is near. 6 Be anxious for nothing, but let your requests be known before God in all prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving. 7 And the peace of God, which passes all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus.

Evodia and Sintique, were two warrior women who had helped Paul in preaching the gospel, however, they were at odds over some situation. Paul's advice is:
2 I beg Evodia and Síntique to be of the same mind in the Lord. 3 I also ask you, faithful companion, to help those who fought together with me in the gospel, with Clement as well and with my other collaborators, whose names are in the book of life
Pablo exhorts to the unit, that they are of the same feeling, and advises other brothers like Clemente to act as mediator and achieve unity between the two sisters.
We must not allow anyone to break unity in the church where we congregate. Our adversary's job is to divide, destroy, and kill faith among the brothers. Let us do like Paul, let us entrust brothers who love unity to intervene in conflicts and differences that want to destroy brotherly love.
