The first battle I had to fight was with myself, as a result of my disbelief. If there was anyone in the world filled with disbelief and doubt, it was me. It was a terrible fight with my worldly lifestyle, my faith in other things than God. I fought a terrible battle in the spiritual field, where Christ gave me victory as soon as I accepted him as the personal savior of my soul. I knew that believing in Christ was an act of faith, in which I broke with all unbelief in my life.

This decision to receive Christ led me to face other terrible enemies that was my way of living for the world, now, my new life in Christ leads me to pray and gather, which is also an act of faith. All this becomes a constant battle with your mind, your way of thinking, since Christ renews your mind and your thoughts align with the thoughts of Christ, but, this is not easy, this is a battle of faith .

Constantly reading the word of God and trusting in his promises is an act of faith. However, the battle with doubt is always present. The enemy's job is to corner you and make you doubt what God says in his word. This is the permanent battle of faith. You have to fight to believe God and between what the enemy wants to whisper in your ear. This is why it is so important to keep our mind occupied with the word of God and trust what He says in order to guarantee the defeat of doubt and grow victorious in faith.
