He Completes Us

Exodus 4:11-12; And the Lord said to him, who has made man's mouth? Or who makes the dumb or the deaf or the seeing or the blind? Is it not I, the Lord? Now therefore go and I will be with your mouth and will teach you what you shall say.

As human as we are we have imperfections and flaws and sometimes we let these imperfections and flaws control us so much so that we are not able to function as we ought to, or do the things we need to do. Yes it is difficult to image how much things would have been so much easier for you if you were so eloquent, or if you were more exquisite, or perhaps more brilliant, more relatable etc. But the bible verse today is asking that i remind you that you are a creation of God and in your creation he said you are perfect. Do not forget that you were created in his image and likeness and that God has a reason and a purpose for your life, what is left is for you to see it, reach out and exhibit your full potential.

When The Lord was sending Moses, he feared he was not eloquent enough and but then he completed him and gave him a spoke person, the person who was afraid to heed to God's call ended up as the savior of Israel because he availed himself even in his state of imperfection and the Lord made him perfect. Brethren, the Lord is only one who can truly complete us, and he is the one who can turn situations around. He makes the building block which the builders reject the cornerstone. Have faith in him and he will exalt you.
