Give Thanks

Ephesians 5:20; Giving thanks always for all things unto God and the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.

There is something beautiful with giving thanks, aside the other person feeling appreciated for something good done for you and wanting to do more for you so more praise and appreciation will come there is another impact it has on the person doing the thanks giving.

One of them is the feel good hormone that it releases, the feeling of security and loved, the feeling that you have something or someone you could rely on in times of difficulty and the fact that you feel good for doing the right thing. Giving thanks doesn't take from you, rather it adds to you, it teaches you humility, love and respect.

Giving thanks is at the same time a skill that need to be learned and mastered to reap the long term effects as we have already mentioned. So start today, give thanks to the Lord for he is good. Count your blessings and name them one by one and see the glory of the manifest in your life.
