The peace of Christ in our lives is essential for our physical, spiritual and emotional health. The desire for the things that surround us or for the things that we long for and that many times we cannot conquer, leads us to live agitated and full of anxieties. All this generates internal conflict in the person that leads him to live stressed in life.
The events of chaos and crisis that we are currently experiencing lead us to emotional conflicts that disturb us and rob us of peace.

About two months ago, a friend of mine, a young businessman, in view of the situation of the pandemic and the collective social quarantine, was very emotionally affected, because his small business had closed and he had no income to cover the costs of his company. and pay your employees' payroll. All this led him to live agitated, anguished and generated a family conflict. A few days passed and the young man was very worried and lost all financial income. Emotionally moved, he told his family that he was retiring for a few days to a place near his residence for business, and when three days passed they located the young man hanging from a rope with which he had hanged himself.

This sad real story leads us to think that many families worldwide are in the same situation. There are many people who need the peace of Christ to be able to rest from all these distressing problems that despair people.
Christ exhorts us to bear his yoke upon us. The best way to experience the peace of Christ in our lives is to receive him into our hearts. In Christ we will find rest for our disturbed soul. Just like my friend who took his own life, there are also many people thinking the same thing. Our message is to preach Christ as the only hope to eliminate those internal emotional conflicts that lead us to generate negative thoughts, such as taking our lives.
In this time of crisis we must insist on continuing to carry the message of salvation so that people can find rest in Christ. In Christ we have peace and victory in the midst of storms.

Certainly brother @elpastor, your story shocked me, these are times when we must reach out to our family and friends and give them a helping hand, in the midst of difficulties the Lord gives us light through His word, we should only let ourselves be led by Him and surrender ourselves to Him, so that it is His Will and Not ours that guides our steps.
