You can also practice daily QiCong exercices, it stimulates your immune system and quiet your mind.
There are plenty of QiCong exercices on youtube.
Eat some Ginger and garlic, natural immune system boosters.

Interesting! I will look for the exercises I do not know and I will add more garlic to the food, ginger is not easy to get around here but I will keep it in mind, thanks your recommendations are appreciated.
