Weekly Running Update: Up the Hill!

I only did one run in the last week, had a week off over Xmas, so I thought I'd do a video of my one run up my local hill/ almost a mountain - >250 metres of ascent in 2.5Ks uphill, and then back down again.
I only recorded the first half, uphill and a brief surround at the top - some nice views.
Excuse the snot. That's the way it is!
This is just my usual weekly 5K, not a bad standard run if you ask me!

I quite enjoyed making the video, although I don't imagine I could do this every week, it'd probably get a bit repetitive!
