hoping to join in the fun this week!!!! I missed it last week - well i didn't really miss it. I was really having a hard time thinking of a story for it - for some reason! hehehe

You are still my child
Jeslyn is a kind hearted duckling mother, she takes care of her seven cubs by herself with love, without her husband, her husband has been killed by a coyote a few months ago.
Every day, Jeslyn feeds, bathes and cares for her children without complaining at all. Now the seven cubs have grown into juvenile ducks.
But there is one duckling who is different from other ducklings, his body is bigger and has a limp left leg, his name is Bob. Jeslyn has tried to treat her child's leg, whatever she has done, but her son's leg has not healed either.
One day, when they were resting under a shady tree, Bob said to his mother "I'm sorry to have troubled you, you must be tired of taking care of us yourself, let alone having to take care of me with feet like this," said Bob to his mother.
“Hey Bob, what are you saying, don't say it like that, I am a mother who will always be there for you, no matter what happens, a mother will do everything for her child, you are still my son who I will love until the end of my life".
Her other children said "yes ma'am, you are the best mother in the world", said her other children. They knew their mother never complained about raising them alone. once one day, because of heavy rain, they did not get food, their mother secretly looked for food for them in the pouring rain, mother did not complain and brought them food, they promised to grow strong, in order to repay their mother's kindness. full of love, who never expect anything in return for the life they have lived.

Wow, yet another - Here is my story

One day, mama duck was not feeling happy with her ducklings, so she took them out to the lake and said, “Be careful babies, if you don’t listen to me, I am going to leave you here and go away to the hills.” The ducklings thought their mother was not serious, so they all sat there as if they were sorry, but they were all smiling.

duck felt bad and turned around to walk away from there. But as she turned, she saw a huge dog coming towards where they were standing. Mama Duck told her kids to jump into the lake. Hurry, kids, because this dog is coming to get you and me. Then they all jumped into the nearby lake and swam away from the danger. But one duckling swam too far and mama duck lost sight of him.

Mama Duck loudly said, “Kwak, Kwak,” and suddenly the lost duckling appeared, swimming slowly towards them. They all came out of the lake and sat there. All the ducklings said, “sorry mama, we will listen to you and will never make you angry.”

The Favorite Vs The Outcast

Every last born of a family is most likely to be the mother's favorite. The case wasn't different for this beautiful family right here. Mother Trixie gave birth to seven children, candy being the last child was mother Trixie's favorite. More like her personal hand bag, because candy followed her everywhere she went.

This got most of the other siblings jealous, especially dicks, who was the last born before candy came along. He wasn't just jealous because she was mom's favorite, but because she took his place and mum treats her in ways she has never treated him even when he was the last born.

This jealousy made him swear to make life miserable for candy. Making evil plots and setting traps for candy. All this made mother Trixie to hate dicks so much and took candy along with her always.

One morning, Mother Trixie had to go out early in the morning to pick up breakfast for all her seven children. Before she left, she called her children to speak with them. As they arrived, candy went to sit very close to their mum.

"Dicks step forward I want to speak to you in particular"

He stepped forward with fumes of anger coming out of his head.

"Why Do You Hate your kid sister so much? Don't you know that you the same blood flows through you and you all mean the same to me, I love you all equally. I only take her with me all the time because she is still young and there's a lot I need to teach her."
"Today I want you to promise me that you will stop bullying candy and see her as your sister and love her as you love yourself."

"Mum, I'm sorry that I've been such a dick. I was just jealous that she got all the special treat while I got nothing but rejection. But I realize that I got it all wrong. I promise to be a good son to you and a good big brother to candy."

Mother Duck: my children come close to me, I want you to listen and understand what i am going to tell you.
Eldest duckling: come my siblings, we have to listen to mommy
Mother Duck: my children we have to move and find a new home, we are not safe in here now since your father died,I want you all to stick together so no one will get lost,okay?
6th ducling: okay mama.
Youngest ducling: mama why we have to move? how about my friends here?
Eldest duckling: it's okay baby, we can find more friends where we move to.
4th duckling: where will we go mama? are we going to move right now?
Mother duck: yes my child, so pack your things now and get ready, we will leave soon.

Yesterday a big fire happened to their place, and the father of the family was died because of saving of his family, and the place totally burned and not safe to stay and to live.that is why mother duck decided to move to other place with her 7 ducklings.

Mother duck worried and tears fell while starting to move...
Eldest duckling: mama don't cry, don't worry mama I will always by your side and promise I will help you, I will take care to my siblings.
Mother duck: thank you very much my child. (hug together)
5th duckling: Mama, mama look (pointing a place near in the river}
Mother duck: wait, let me check the place first, have to make sure that we are safe to live in there.
(after checking the place, mother duck called her 7 ducklings)
Mother duck: from now on,we will live here, I hope all of you are okay.
3rd duckling: I am glad that we found a place to live mama, I am okay and I am sure my siblings too.
Eldest duckling: yeah, the important is we have place now to live in, and for me the real HOME is you mama, Thank you very much for taking care and loving us unconditional, we are not here in this world without you mama, we love you very much.
Mother Duck: oh, thank you my child and you are all in my heart, and yes real HOME is a family and real HOME is love,respect and understand each other.

and they live happily and safe together.
