Egyptian geese at the Sea. Part 2.

483.JPG
This is the final Part 2 of the Egyptian geese at the beach and I posted Part 1 Here

The young geese do not yet understand the dangers of the sea tides, but they have to experiment under the watchful eye of their mother. So as you will see here the teachings in nature are very similar to those of the humans.

That same young rebel leader ran away from the river inlet to the sea.

And exactly what they did after their morning siesta in Part 1, the other six youngsters followed him.

But as you see, the tide was coming in and the waves became very rough. Some of the geese ran away from the waves.

The rebel guy at the right was pointing to the young ladies with his arm to get back.

Oops! An angry mother came calling and trouble for the youngsters came ever closer as she approached.

The first to turn tail and make tracks hastily back from the sea to the river was the young rebel leader, and amidst mom's angry calls the others all followed the leader back to the river.

Finally then there was peace and tranquility inside the river inlet again. Note the mom standing there at the right hand side of the picture.

Reminded me so about our ways as children, as I for instance was exactly the same as that rebel youngster. If anyone were to tell me not to do something, or that something is impossible, then you can bet your last buck safely that I will have a go at it.

Nowadays I still carry the memories of the hidings and the lessons from my burnt fingers attempts inside a suitcase in my mind. Whenever I encounter a similar situation, I simply find the lesson in the suitcase and it helps.

And That's All Friends.

Note: All photos are my own and taken with a Canon Powershot SX60HS Bridge camera.

We hope that you have enjoyed the pictures and the story.

Naughty youngsters, well all part and parcel of growing up, don't listen, feel... Pity the feel has fallen away!

Have a wonderful Sunday!

Amazing how the goose population is exploding Lady Joan. Sadly the poisoning of the raptors have seriously deleted their numbers, as they used to keep the geese population under control.

Yep, discipline in this country is no more and one can see the results everywhere.

Blessings and !LUV
