Those cardinals are so sneakly. Look how well they blend into their environment!

I wonder how and why that wedge-shaped plumage on their heads developed. Maybe it's attractive to the ladies? It sort of looks like a stylin' hat, if you squint. Really, really squint. Nice photos of him, anyway. It almost looks like he was posing for you.
