Show Me A Photo Contest Round 24 : Ducks

Hello, friends.

Someone is trying to take off, and someone is trying to land.
What is easier to do? And if all this is still happening on the water?
How can birds do this without thinking?

I remember an instructive story about a centipede. When someone asked her what foot you start your walking with, she began to think and could not go anywhere.

I often noticed a similar effect of muscle memory when I repaired someone's computer and asked them to tell me the password. People just couldn't name him because they didn't remember him. And they typed it with their hands without any problems. It was muscle memory that worked.

I want to admit - it was not my plan to photograph the descending duck. She was in the frame by accident. And in the very edge of it.
Stop.
I think I got it all mixed up!
The drake and the duck have landed, and in the background the drake is taking off!

So it will be more correct!
