For this #openmic week I bring you one of my most recent works, a beautiful song of my authorship titled "Divine Essence" with love I deliver it to match the theme of the week retry.

Para esta semana del #openmic les traigo uno de mis trabajos más recientes, una hermosa canción de mi autoría titulada "Divine Essence" (Esencia divina) con cariño la entrego para que concuerde con el tema de la semana reintentar.

When I wrote this song I had moved from Caracas to Maracay, it was a very peculiar stage of my life since I experienced what loneliness was in its maximum expression, I also knew what it was to go through several types of austerities; although I must admit that those things didn't matter much to me.

I had focused on overcoming many things on a personal level. I had gotten a job in the cookie factory of a very dear friend of mine, but this job was bringing me less and less at an economic level since sales had decreased and I was working less and less.

Cuando escribí esta canción me había mudado de Caracas a Maracay, fue una etapa de mi vida bastante peculiar ya que experimente lo que era la soledad en su máxima expresión, también conocí lo que era pasar por varios tipos de austeridades; aunque debo admitir que esas cosas no me importaban mucho.
Me había enfocado en superar muchas cosas a nivel personal. Había conseguido trabajo en la fabrica de galletas de un muy querido amigo mío, pero este trabajo me fue aportando cada vez menos a nivel económico ya que las ventas habían disminuido y cada vez trabajaba menos.

As I was alone, I was able to feel and perceive more my thoughts and emotions, my moods were very changeable and motivation was not something that prevailed in me (something that still happens to me) in the midst of all this I decided to create a depressing optimistic thought to help me move forward. Giving up on life was not an option, I realized that it was not worth giving up so easily.

Como estaba solo, era capaz de sentir y percibir mas mis pensamientos y emociones, mis estados de ánimo eran muy cambiantes y la motivación no era algo que prevalecía en mi (cosa que me sigue sucediendo) en medio de todo esto decidí crear un pensamiento de optimismo deprimente que me ayudara a seguir adelante. El abandonar la vida no era una opción, me di cuenta que no valia la pena rendirse tan fácilmente.

Recognizing that we are not perfect and that we are not in control of anything is what really brings peace. The real work lies in never giving up trying to live, never giving up trying to love and forgive.

"Retry" is a beautiful word to me, it has a lot of virtue and meaning, and this song revolves around the idea of always starting over despite the instability our mind and emotions may cause us.

Persistence and intensity are my best star, they are the star that guides me to love, to life! Towards starting over, towards rebirth.
Every day is an opportunity to try again! To start from scratch with ourselves and in ourselves.

I hope you like my song, I made it with the breath of my spirit and the vibration of my heart.

Reconocer que no somos perfectos y que tampoco controlamos nada es lo que realmente trae paz. El verdadero trabajo radica en el nunca dejar de intentar vivir, el nunca dejar de intentar amar y perdonar.
"Reintentar" es una palabra muy hermosa para mí, tiene mucha virtud y significado, y esta canción gira en torno a la idea de siempre empezar de nuevo a pesar de la inestabilidad que nos puede causar nuestra mente y emociones.
La persistencia y la intensidad son mi mejor estrella, son la estrella que me guía hacia el amor, hacía la vida! Hacia empezar de nuevo, hacia el renacer.
Cada día es una oportunidad para reintentar! Para empezar desde cero con nosotros mismos y en nosotros mismos.
