Hive Open Mic 66 : The Sea, General Review and Highlights
The sea is a source of life and work ... One of the participants in this week's event said something similar. I completely agree, because the sea, that large area that hides so much life in itself, has always been a source of income from fishermen in the coastal areas. The sea brings some danger too, as pirates sailed the sea, so we had songs with that theme. Also, mythical creatures, like mermaids, have brought inspiration for music choices. We also had joyful and very interesting songs that evoked summer evenings, as well as romantic songs sung by the sea shore. We could also listen to music that evokes waves. All in all, the inspiration didn’t fail. We had a nice week 66 on the Hive Open Mic stage.
El mar es fuente de vida y trabajo ... Uno de los participantes en el evento de esta semana dijo algo similar. Estoy totalmente de acuerdo, porque el mar, esa gran área que esconde tanta vida en sí misma, siempre ha sido una fuente de ingresos para los pescadores de las zonas costeras. El mar también trae algún peligro, ya que los piratas navegaban por el mar, así que teníamos canciones con ese tema. Además, las criaturas míticas, como las sirenas, han traído inspiración para las elecciones musicales. También tuvimos canciones alegres y muy interesantes que evocaban las tardes de verano, así como canciones románticas cantadas a la orilla del mar. Además, podríamos escuchar música que evoca olas. Con todo, la inspiración no falló. Tuvimos una buena semana 66 en el escenario Hive Open Mic.
In this post, I would like to welcome the new members of the team of moderators in this community. The Hive Open Mic community has grown and moderating and leading such a big community requires a strong team. Welcome, @daniel2001 and @jesuslnrs , together with @cabelindsay and @juliopalomo I am sure the live music stage will be even more successful.

We all know Cabe as a great host of Hive Open Mic community and a caring person for every participant of the event. But his artistic and music expression is exceptional too. A great example of a professional approach to the topic, song writing and performance can be seen here. Also, each time I like to emphasize the colours of the light he uses for his entries. This gentle blue is a perfect match. I would like to stress out the expression with he was singing the solo part, as well the electric guitar sound! The percussion instruments fit smoothly into the whole performance and enriches the song. The sound and image quality are perfect, and all the aspects of this video show that it is a perfect example of a great participation! Thanks friend for being an awesome example!
Todos conocemos a Cabe como un gran anfitrión de la comunidad Hive Open Mic y una persona cariñosa con cada participante del evento. Pero su expresión artística y musical también es excepcional. Aquí se puede ver un gran ejemplo de un enfoque profesional del tema, la escritura de canciones y la interpretación. Además, cada vez me gusta enfatizar los colores de la luz que usa para sus entradas. Este azul suave es una combinación perfecta. Me gustaría destacar la expresión con la que estaba cantando la parte solista, ¡así como el sonido de la guitarra eléctrica! Los instrumentos de percusión encajan en toda la actuación y enriquecen la canción. La calidad del sonido y la imagen son perfectas, y todos los aspectos de este video demuestran que es un ejemplo perfecto de una gran participación. ¡Gracias amigo por ser un ejemplo increíble!

We are happy to see so many different instruments in the community, and violin is one of them. Now we have several violinists and all of them show great playing and beautiful sound. What Salvador made here is so nice as he used a different set background for his entry. The recording has excellent quality and the song is beautiful, the same as his playing. Thank you for being a part of Hive Open Mic event!

Julio always brings his powerful voice in his entries and shows excellent guitar playing. With this cover song he brings the idea how the pirates are free and their world is the sea. A perfect match to this weekly theme, but not played as a pirate. He performed as a gentleman! Thanks Julio.

I think you really extended the use of this traditional Venezolan instrument. The luthiers who made the first Venezolan cuatros ever, would not imagine that one day, a young man will play music from a game Warcraft! You are very innovative!
