Pan-Fried Shanghai Pork Bun looks like a big version of potstickers as we call them. Looked yummy.

The filling is probably similar but the outside is quite different.
The potstickers is not as heaving on the carbo.
This one has the outside more like a bun made from flour.
Pot stickers is more like the "Pan-fried pork dumpling" from here:
