Chinese Hamburger in Cambridge 🍔 | 剑桥探店 —— 黯然销魂馍

Rougamo is a kind of hamburger from Northwestern China. It's usually made by placing juicy marinated meat in between 2 halved baked buns. Other fillings are also possible, such as the crispy duck meat in my head image here.

It's a common and popular snack all over China, but it's difficult to find a good one in Belgium, so I have to make it home. I tried some really authentic ones in Cambridge, UK, and I'm recommending the snack bar to you in this post. You can also order Rougamo's traditional match - Liangpi (steamed cold noodles) and other food like rice noodles and dumplings in this place.

曾经，一份份便宜好吃的肉夹馍凉皮放在我面前，我没有珍惜，等失去的时候我才后悔莫及，人世间最痛苦的事莫过于此。

在国内随处可得的肉夹馍，到了这边却要自己煮好久的肉才能吃上。昨晚一边煮肉，一边黯然神伤地想起以前在英国剑桥吃的一家肉夹馍凉皮，是我在海外吃到的最佳，没有之一，墙裂推荐，甚至比有些国内吃到的还美味。在那边呆了两天，去吃了三次，是真爱😄。

The specialty and also the most common filling: braised pork. It tastes too good to be true:
招牌肉夹馍，酥脆的馍，香软的肉，鲜美的汁，吃到欲罢不能：

只剩珍贵的一小口了，唇齿留香，意犹未尽：

第二次去点了香酥鸭肉夹馍，少了卤汁，多了蔬菜，也很好味，但没有招牌猪肉的那么容易嚼（我这老人家吃起来觉得有些费力）：

很喜欢吃酸菜鱼米线，这里的味道没有他家肉夹馍那么出众，但也还好，毕竟整个比利时都难找，只有自己在家做了吃，得来不易要珍惜：
