[私家厨房]~ 酱爆芦笋

芦笋具有润肠通便、镇静、利尿通淋、健脾开胃等功效,还更神奇的是它有增加抵抗力和防癌抗癌的作用,怪不得它的价格有时候那么贵!🤭 🤭

婆婆很喜欢吃它,如果有烧它每次都是光盘,不知道是因为它的功效呢还是它的味道!

准备食材:芦笋、红椒、蒜头、生抽、豆瓣酱、糖、油。

1)把芦笋洗净切段,老的地方可以刮皮或直接丢弃;红椒洗净切条;蒜头切泥。
2)起锅倒油,炒菜的量,先把蒜泥放入爆香,再把芦笋和红椒一起放入翻炒。
3)翻炒一会后放入一勺豆瓣酱、一勺生抽,继续炒。
4)再放入一点点开水防焦糊,放入一点糖炒匀了就可以了。

这个菜用时大约5分钟,不需要煮很久,属于比较方便的。(一个小秘密:吃了芦笋后上小的会有一股特殊的气味,估计是排毒吧!🤭 🤭 )
