TOMATO PASTA WITH GRILLED PLANT BALLS | 家常蔬食~烤植物素肉丸番茄意大利面~

Hello everybody!
Have you ever eaten Ikea plant balls? A few weeks ago, my family and I went to Ikea to hang out. We tried Ikea plant balls at the Ikea restaurant. The taste was good, like Omni pork with chewy texture. So we bought two packs of frozen Ikea plant balls and went back home.
My family and I love eating noodles and pasta. Today I would like to share with you a home-cooked tomato pasta with baked plant balls.

你们有吃过IKEA植物素肉丸吗？前几个星期，我和家人到IKEA闲逛。我们在IKEA餐厅试吃了IKEA植物素肉丸，味道很不错, 好像新猪肉，口感蛮有嚼劲。所以我们就买了两包冷冻IKEA植物素肉丸回家。
我和家人都很爱吃面。今天我想和大家分享一道家常蔬食，烤植物素肉丸番茄意大利面。

The material is very simple, such as spaghetti, Ikea plant balls, broccoli, carrot, King Oyster mushroom, and coriander. The condiments are tomato sauce, salt, chili powder.
Put the plant balls in the oven for grilling about fifteen minutes. On the other side, prepare to cook tomato spaghetti.

材料很简单。意大利面，IKEA植物素肉丸，西兰花，萝卜，杏鲍菇，芫荽。调味品有：番茄酱，盐，辣椒粉。
把植物素肉丸放入烤箱烤个十五分钟。另一边，准备煮意大利面。

First, rinse the broccoli, carrot, King Oyster mushrooms, and corianders and then cut into small pieces.

首先，把西兰花，萝卜，杏鲍菇，和芫荽冲洗一下，然后切好。

Put 500ml of water in an electric cooker, pour in the broccoli, and fish it up.

用电锅放入500ml的水，倒入切好的西兰花，然后捞起来。

Put in spaghetti into the electric cooker for cooking 3 minutes, and then put in carrots to continue cook for 2 minutes.

把意大利面放进已经滚烫的水，煮三分钟。然后，放入萝卜，再煮两分钟。

After 2 minutes, remove out the excess water, then add the King Oyster mushrooms and cook for 2 minutes.

两分钟后，把多余的水捞出来，然后放入杏鲍菇，和番茄酱煮两分钟。

Finally, add a little of salt and chili powder to enhance the taste, then cook for 2 minutes, and add a little corianders.

最后，放入少许盐和辣椒粉来调味，煮多两分钟，再加上一点芫荽。

Place the grilled plant balls and cooked broccoli on top of the tomato spaghetti. Add some corianders and then it is ready to serve!
