Visiting The White House in Estonia - part 1

Yeah, I didn't believe it myself when I saw that this house was named The White House - Valge Maja 😀

Now it looks kinda yellow.

If you want you can read this short story about this house. It's also called Lontova manor. Built in 1828 maybe, who knows how accurate this history is. 😉

These were taken a few days back and it was warm, but not as warm as today - over 22°C. Ok, the door was open, so...

Today the summer arrived in Estonia, and the coming week will be nice and warm. A small cellar.

Funny, a small stream was flowing down the hill behind the mansion, and then dissappeared into the ground just meter away from the building.

We sneaked in and looked around. It was in terrible condition.

A lot of fallen in floors/ceilings because the roof had also been destroyed in a few areas.

So horrible, but still a bit beautiful at the same time.

These closed windows looked really cool, the small light stripes coming through.

Some hole again in the ceiling.

It would be nice if somebody had taken care of the house to this day, but these big buildings are expensive to keep up.

Nature doing the work to brake down this place.

The left side of the house was in a bad shape, but the right one was a bit better. Also this small part on the right was built in 1908.

Birds coming in. Ready for summer. Part 2 also coming, still a bit more from that place to share.
