Considering I have been in umpteen mills now I have come across little life besides pigeons who scare the shit out of you flying around when you're on top of them.
There was one with a couple of smackheads shooting up, but they were so out of it they didn't do much. Another one had some teens smoking dope but they were just scared we were gonna bust them.
