Stoned Bridge Street
In the post below, I talked about the stone bridge as a structure. But there is also Stoned Bridge Street, which is the shortest in Vologda. This place serves as a bridge both literally and figuratively.
This street is paved with cobblestones. There are old stone buildings nearby. The bridge was built at the end of the 18th century.
It is also the only completely pedestrian street in the city.
Stoned Bridge Street serves as a passage not only from street to street, but also from square to square.
I love to walk here. If you need to go from one point to another and on the way it is possible to pass through this place, then I would prefer to walk along the Stoned Bridge.
This is a personal place of power for me.
