I struggle to get my legs up, call it old age! Getting your knee up is not always a great idea, though much easier for me. Will need to work on the stretches!

Some corridors are more scary than others, this one was regular to me. I walked over some sacks last weekend with rats underneath, not keen on those horrors of the dark.
