MemeHive Weekly Meme Digest #003

A little late to press due to circumstances but the third weekly MemeHive review of recent memes is finally up. Two extra days added because of being behind but we'll call that bonus content for this digest. You're welcome. :-)

I am currently raising funds to start a meme tribe on the hive blockchain. The purpose of the tribe is to encourage good and quality memes while tokenizing memes to add value for the creative work.

Following are some of the good memes that have been posted on Hive in the last week(ish) using the #meme tag.

Since I am a little behind schedule making this post I might as well start with this meme by @brittandjosie. It seems timely.

Here's a meme based on "Boardroom Suggestion". It's a good use of meme to bring up an issue that most in society feel uncomfortable just thinking about.

Due to the current pandemic a lot of kids' education has gone from mainstream public schooling to learning at home. Who says this meme isn't predicting the future?


Because real men understand that the physics of the unflinching walk trope is unrealistic. Might as well be sitting down because in real life you'd be knocked down.

As the admin of the mad scientists community I commend @rachelcreative for finding ways to exploit weaknesses. Shouldn't that red ranger die as often as Kenny McCormick? Wearing red in Star Trek tends to be a death wish. Where's the consistency?

Why do I have the feeling there is a real life story behind this?

Even though based on the post accompanying this meme @morkrock clearly doesn't understand how public health policy works @morkrock still has free speech and the humor is in the absurdity. Maybe @morkrock was Mary Mallon in a previous life and the determination to ignore public health officials is karmic baggage. Who knows?

Memes don't have to be factually accurate. If Kool-Aid wants to pay me though I'll write about Flavor Aid and Jonestown like how I made fun of the flat Earth conspiracy after Fisher-Price bribed me more than the U.N. and NASA.

It's almost comical reading past @steemitblog posts such as "Censorship: Why All Blockchain Projects Should Join Steem (especially Status)" and seeing all the projects that have jumped ship in 2020 off the platform.
