Mermaid Legs Makeup | Maquillaje Piernas de Sirena

Hello as you are in the community of Makeup Power today I bring you this work on my skin based on a wounded mermaid, my purpose was to make it cute and beauty but as I went along I decided to make it a little more terrifying and bloody as I am a big fan of sfx makeup which means prosthetic makeup, which adds elements to the skin giving it a different look, so I got down to work.

This is a mermaid that is stripped of her human skin in an abrupt and bloody way wounding her to show her scales.

Applying the liquid latex was quite a complicated task and to shape this one as if they were pulling off the skin was difficult but despite being a beginner the result was very good, I hope you like it so let's start with the steps.

Hola como están en la comunidad de Makeup Power hoy les traigo este trabajo en mi piel basado en una sirena herida, mi propósito era hacerlo lindo y beauty pero a medida de que fui avanzando decidí hacerlo un poco más terrorífico y sangriento ya que soy muy fanática de los maquillajes sfx que significa maquillaje prostético, la cual agregas elementos a la piel dándole una apariencia diferente, así que me puse manos a la obra.

Esta es una sirena que es despojada de su piel humana de una manera abrupta y sangrienta hiriendola hasta demostrar sus escamas.

Aplicar el látex líquido fue toda una tarea complicada y para darle forma a esta como si estuvieran arrancando de la piel fue difícil pero a pesar de ser una principiante el resultado fue muy bueno, espero les guste así que comencemos con los pasos.

I started by painting the sketch with eye pencil on my leg, and applied foundation on dark areas of my skin to even out the shades of my leg, and painted the drawn shapes with green cold paint, although it was difficult because it cracked a lot as it dried.

Comencé pintando el boceto con lápiz de ojos en mi pierna, y aplique base en zonas oscuras de mi piel para emparejar las tonalidades de mi pierna, y pinte las formas dibujadas con pintura al frio verde, a pesar de que fue difícil porque se cuartear mucho al secarse.

I started to paint with black eyeliner the scales on the painted parts of my leg and with some black paint and water I gave some depth and shadow to the figure and with some white paint I gave some illumination.

Comence a pintar con delineador negro las escamas en las partes pintadas de mi pierna y con un poco de pintura negra y agua le di un poco de profundidad ademas de sombra a la figura y con un poco de pintura blanca le di iluminación.

Then I made a previous mixture of latex with base and white washable glue which I placed around the figure and pressed it against the skin so that it would camouflage with the skin, then I placed red shadow in the surroundings to simulate bumps and bruises.

Luego realice una mezcla previa de latex con base y pegamento blanco lavable la cual coloque alrededor de la figura y lo presione contra la piel para que se camuflara con la piel seguidamente coloque sombra roja en los alrededores para simular golpes y moretones.

To finish, I intentionally broke some places of the latex and put red paint to simulate the blood running, I made more bruises with red, purple and green shadows all around my leg, and lightly applied a base coat on my other leg to even them out and paint on it more bruises and bumps with the aforementioned shadows, in spite of not having the correct materials to do this type of work the result was quite positive and I liked it a lot, I have to say that I love this type of artistic makeup and I enjoy it a lot even though it takes hours, it entertains me a lot and I enjoy doing it, I hope you like it a lot, a hug to all of you!

Ya para culminar, rompi intencionadamente algunos lugares del látex y coloque pintura roja para simular la sangre corriendo, realice más moretones con sombra roja, morada y verde alrededor de toda mis pierna, y aplique ligeramente un capa de base en mi otra pierna para emparejarlas y pintar en ella más moretones y golpes con las sombras antes mencionadas, a pesar de no tener los materiales correctos para hacer este tipo de trabajos el resultado fue bastante positivo y me gusto mucho, he de decir que este tipo de maquillajes artisticos me encantan y disfruto mucho a pesar de que lleve sus horas, me entretiene mucho y disfruto hacerlos, espero les haya gusta mucho un abrazo a toda.
