[ESP-ENG] Mascarilla Para El Cabello (Arroz) - Hair Mask (Rice)

¡Hey amigos! Hoy les traigo una mascarilla para el cabello que siempre he usado y me tiene súper enamorada.

Hace unos meses estuve viviendo en una ciudad diferente y dentro del proceso de adaptación descuide un montón mi cabello, que en cuanto volví me lo tuve que cortar.

Hey friends! Today I bring you a hair mask that I've always used and I'm in love with it.
A few months ago I was living in a different city and in the process of adaptation I neglected my hair a lot, and as soon as I came back I had to cut it.

Como pueden ver en la siguiente foto, aunque me cortaron bastante, me quedó algo esponjoso y sin brillo.

As you can see in the following photo, even though I was cut quite a bit, it was a bit spongy and dull.

Para ésta mascarilla vamos a necesitar:

• Arroz
• Maizina
• 1 taza pequeña
• Agua
• Aceite de coco o cualquier aceite que tengan en casa para hidratar
• 1 Olla
• Batidor

For this mask we will need:

• Rice
• Cornstarch
• 1 small cup
• Water
• Coconut oil or any oil you have at home for moisturizing
• 1 pot
• Whisk

Vertemos en la olla 5 tazas de agua, lo ponemos al fuego, echamos 1 taza de arroz y lo mezclamos muy bien. Sin dejar de mezclar esperamos a que comience a hervir (empezara a espesar).

Pour 5 cups of water into the pot, put it on the fire, add 1 cup of rice and mix it very well. Without stopping mixing, we wait until it starts to boil (it will begin to thicken).

Cuando esté de la textura deseada, lo retiramos del fuego y echamos 1 o 2 cucharadas de Maizina (Depende de la cantidad que hayamos hecho), lo integramos muy bien y dejamos reposar.

When it has the desired texture, remove it from the heat and add 1 or 2 tablespoons of cornstarch (depending on the amount we have made), integrate it very well and let it rest.

En cuanto haya pasado este tiempo, le echamos 2 cucharadas de aceite de coco o el de nuestra preferencia, lo integramos y pasamos a aplicarlo en nuestro hermoso cabello.

Once this time has passed, we add 2 tablespoons of coconut oil or the one of our preference, integrate it and apply it on our beautiful hair.

Yo recomiendo dejarlo durante 30min o 20min como mínimo.

I recommend leaving it for at least 30min or 20min.

Pasado éste tiempo nos lavamos el cabello como normalmente lo hacemos y ¡Listo! Así me quedo sin usar plancha ni secador.

After this time we wash our hair as we normally do and that's it! That's how I stay without using a flat iron or blow dryer.

Recomendación: si quieren que les quede como si lo hubieran planchado, pueden agarrarse una vuelta después que el cabello este seco, les quedara mucho mejor.

Recommendation: if you want it to look like you have flat ironed it, you can take a twist after the hair is dry, it will look much better.
