Mi gusto por el maquillaje empezó cuando estaba en mis últimos años de bachillerato, cuando tenía 15 años. En mi ultimo año, mi mamá me regaló una paleta de sombras con muchos tonos, desde ahi comencé a practicar y aprender un poco más de los aspectos básicos del maquillaje. Principalmente me centraba en hacerme looks en los ojos, la piel no me importa tanto.

My taste for makeup began when I was in my last years of high school, when I was 15 years old. In my senior year, my mom gave me a shadow palette with many shades, from there I started to practice and learn a little more about the basics of makeup. I mainly focused on getting looks in my eyes, I don't care so much about my skin.

Podría decir que pase 3 años tonteando con el maquillaje, me gustaba pero no me lo tomaba en serio. Me costaba mucho aplicar pestañas postizas y las naturales no me ayudaban tampoco jajajaja pero yo era una persona muy feliz con lo poco que tenia. 3 paletas de sombras, una sombra de cejas, polvo compacto, 2 bases de maquillaje, máscara de pestañas, 2 pares de pestañas postizas, un labial rojo y uno rosa.

I could say I spent 3 years fooling around with makeup, I liked it but I didn't take it seriously. I had a hard time applying false eyelashes and natural ones didn't help either hahaha but I was a very happy person with the little I had. 3 palettes of shadows, an eyebrow shadow, compact powder, 2 makeup bases, mascara, 2 pairs of false lashes, a red lipstick and a pink one.

Ya entre el 2018 - 2019 me había comprado mas cosas, no tenia trabajo pero si un pequeño ingreso que destinaba para comprarme varias cosas. Muchas de ellas eran réplicas, le hacían daño a mi piel y no lo sabía, tampoco mi maquillaje era tan bueno por este motivo. De ahí mi odio a esos productos, en serio nunca los usen. Muchos de estos maquillajes no los subi a ninguna red social, pero me tomaba las fotos para guardar estos momentos.

Between 2018 - 2019 I had already bought more things, I didn't have a job but I had a small income that I used to buy several things. Many of them were replicas, they hurt my skin and I didn't know it, neither my makeup was so good for this reason. That's why I hate those products, I really don't use them. Many of these make-ups I didn't upload them to any social network, but I took the pictures to save these moments.

No tengo muchos recuerdos de maquillajes que me haya realizado en el 2019, lo que si recuerdo es que había dominado las pestañas postizas pero la pega no me acompañaba. Mis primeros looks eran bastante básicos, ya tenía mis técnicas "favoritas" y me concentraba en recrear algunos maquillajes que veía en internet. Además de hacer 2 maquillajes para la época de Halloween, no quedaron tan mal jajajaja. Después de todo, nunca hice un curso, todo lo que sabía era de puro ver videos y practicar.

I don't have many memories of makeup I did in 2019, what I do remember is that I had mastered false eyelashes but the glue didn't come with it. My first looks were pretty basic, I already had my "favorite" techniques and I concentrated on recreating some makeup I saw on the internet. Besides doing two make-ups for the Halloween season, they didn't look so bad hahaha. After all, I never took a course, all I knew was to watch videos and practice.

2020, el año que ha sigo un caos pero para mi ha sido uno de mis mejores años. Desde marzo me empecé a tomar esto mucho más en serio, dure 3 meses practicando y puliendo mi técnica, probando cosas nuevas y me animé a subir algunos tutoriales de unos maquillajes bastante sencillos, pero por algo se empieza.

2020, the year that has followed a chaos but for me it has been one of my best years. Since March I started to take this much more seriously, I lasted 3 months practicing and polishing my technique, trying new things and I was encouraged to upload some quite simple makeup tutorials, but there is a reason why I started.

Los looks mas sociales y glam son de los más fáciles de hacer, desde mi punto de vista. Tienen un lugar especial en mi corazón ya que nunca van a pasar de moda, simplemente se adaptan a las tendencias del año en curso. Me da alivio ver como he mejorado en estos maquillajes hasta el punto que me han buscado para maquillar a otras personas, incluso en días muy especiales.

The most social and glam looks are some of the easiest to do, from my point of view. They have a special place in my heart because they will never go out of style, they simply adapt to the trends of the current year. It gives me relief to see how I have improved in these make-ups to the point that they have looked for me to make up other people, even on very special days.

Nunca imaginé que esto me iba a gustar tanto hasta el punto de hacer maquillajes artísticos. Creo que han sido mi mayor reto, pero sin duda alguna los más divertidos de hacer. Tienen sus fallas, sus pequeños detalles pero son mis pequeños bebes, esos que siempre voy a recordar cómo los primeros que hice y me siguen enamorándo para seguir en este mundo del maquillaje.

I never imagined that I would like this so much to the point of making artistic make-up. I think they have been my biggest challenge, but without a doubt the most fun to do. They have their flaws, their little details but they are my little babies, those that I will always remember as the first ones I made and they continue falling in love with me to continue in this world of makeup.
