En mi post de maquillaje anterior mencioné que después de un maquillaje neutro siempre viene uno colorido. Normalmente antes de hacer algo que no se siempre lo practico bastante y lo presento a modo de un tutorial. Pero, en esta ocasión me he ido por algo totalmente diferente, esto no es un tutorial, en este post les voy a enseñar el proceso que me tomo hacer este maquillaje. Tomando como base la piel que me estuve realizando para el tutorial de: Piel sin Base | Menos es más.

In my previous makeup post I mentioned that after a neutral makeup always comes a colorful one. Normally before I do something I don't know I always practice it a lot and present it as a tutorial. But, this time I've gone for something totally different, this is not a tutorial, in this post I'm going to show you the process that it took me to do this makeup. Taking as a base the skin that I was doing for the tutorial of: Skin without foundation | Less is more.

Lo primero que hice fue desmaquillar mi ojo izquierdo. Como el maquillaje que tenia antes era bastante sencillo no me costó tanto quitarlo. Me coloque un sombra negra, para dar muchísima profundidad y que el maquillaje resultara de una forma más dramática. Luego difumine con azul, lo cual fue un grave error ya que olvide seguir los principios del circulo cromático. Corte la cuenca con desmaquillante en base de aceite, coloque corrector y volví a hacer un corte para que quedara como un delineado completo.

The first thing I did was to remove my makeup from my left eye. As the makeup I had before was quite simple, it didn't take that long to remove it. I applied a black shadow, to give a lot of depth and to make the makeup look more dramatic. Then I blended with blue, which was a big mistake because I forgot to follow the principles of the color circle. I cut the socket with oil-based makeup remover, applied concealer and cut again to make it look like a full eyeliner.

Luego añadí mucho más color, por lo tanto coloque pigmentos verde neón, en otro extremo coloque sombra negra y en el medio de estos dos tonos añadí un tono verde más oscuro. Hice un pequeño corte para redondear la sombra negra. Justo al lado coloque pigmento fucsia, seguidamente pigmento morado y decidí subir ambos tonos hasta tocar l sombra negra y azul. Coloque sombra negra en toda esa esquina exterior, porque literalmente no sabia que hacer y al lado de la sombra negra aplique sombra metálica plateada.

Then I added a lot more color, so I put neon green pigments, at the other end I put black shadow and in the middle of these two shades I added a darker shade of green. I made a small cut to round the black shadow. Right next to it I placed fuchsia pigment, then purple pigment and decided to move both shades up to touch the black and blue shadow. I placed black shadow all over that outer corner, because I literally didn't know what to do and next to the black shadow I applied silver metallic shadow.

Para pulir detalles, estuve limpiando correctamente el borde de la sombra metálica para hacerla mucho más "filosa" y que se viera más limpio el maquillaje, Coloque unas pestañas postizas bien dramáticas, las mas extravagantes que tenia y aplique mascara de pestañas para hacer más la mirada más marcadas. En la línea inferior de las pestañas estuve aplicando las sombras azul y negra, no sabia que más colocar así que solo coloque estas sombras y lo deje hasta ahí. Retoque un poco la zona de la ojera, el labial que tenia y coloque iluminador que no había aplicado anteriormente.

To polish details, I was properly cleaning the edge of the metallic shadow to make it much more "sharp" and to make the makeup look cleaner, I placed some dramatic false eyelashes, the most extravagant I had and applied mascara to make the look more marked. On the lower lash line I applied the blue and black shadows, I didn't know what else to apply so I just applied these shadows and left it there. I retouched a little bit the under eye area, the lipstick I had and I applied some highlighter that I had not applied before.
