Real Strangers But Friends In Game...

In many instances, I'm still awed by the interesting scenes that I experience here in the Philippines. Earlier today, I saw how the two guys (chess players) at the Igorot park were enjoying a game of chess under the mid day sun. In this place, several matches are being held from morning until night time (in some occasions). These are not professional matches but it serves as a source of income for tge defender (local guy)

There's nothing like a little friendly camaderarie; and @funtraveller shares a story about just this in today's post. You may be in the field competitors, but what it comes down to is challenging yourself and being friends after the win.

First 12v DC Electrical System Done! Proud Like A God! Onward To Teaching!

After a good 16 weeks of research and study from zero knowledge to a working electrical system inside a vehicle I am going to live in with my woman and wow - do I feel proud!
It has been a lot of work, way too much focus on perfection and maybe asking too much for my first build but man, the moment those lights turned on today, no fuses blew and we could continue sorting things inside the van with working electrical lights, powered by our solar battery, hooked up and charged by the alternator in the engine with additional solar power support...

It may have taken @paradigmprospect quite some time to accomplish this, but he's done! What a great feeling!

Desi Ghee Or Olive Oil: Is Comparison Possible?

As much as native ghee is used in India, it may not have been used anywhere else in the world. Ghee is not only used in food in India, but it is also used in Ayurvedic treatment as a religious ritual and medicine as it is considered sacred.
On the other hand, olive oil is considered to be the healthiest oil in the world, which is also used in food and in the treatment of various diseases
