What would you ask @theycallmedan? Initiative / Qué le preguntarías a @theycallmedan ? Iniciativa.

This is an initiative created by @rutablockchain in which it seeks to dispel doubts about the hive platform and we can better understand its operation, both new and not so new users.

But, who is @theycallmedan?

His name is Dan Hensley and he is a very handsome, tall, elegant boy .... Going back to the contest, he is a visionary businessman and entrepreneur, he is part of the #hive platform as an investor, he is co-founder of the project called 3Speak.

3Speak is an application that is used to record a publication in video format, it is widely used on the platform.

Create platform-related contests to attract new users and help communities by providing help.

The dynamic of the challenge is to answer the questions he presents, 1 in each publication (separately) and put it in @quora so that the best answer is voted.

Going back to the initiative of our friends @rutablockchain, we should ask our friend questions and write why it is important for you or the #hive platform to know those answers.

So, here are my questions:

1.- What is the difference between a Whale and a Witness?

Many new ones don't know these terms. Ballena is a user, like @theycallmedan, who has a lot of voting power, and a Witness too. So here are two unknowns:
A.- Does one have more voting power than another?
B.- With what label can you be called for a vote, or do you choose who to vote for?

2.- If you support the Hispanic community, what would you do to maintain this community by publishing in the Spanish language?

From my own experience, I like to publish in the English community, since I feel that I am better voted, there are many more Witnesses and Whales in the English community. I don't know if I only know @cervantes and his trail out of my ignorance, but I think that's not enough. We need many more since the Latino community is very large.

@rutablockchain will be interviewing this wonderful person @theycallmedan, on his Discord channel on Thursday at 6:00 pm, Venezuela time (5:00 pm Colombia time) where he will announce the answers to the questions.

Pero, Quién es @theycallmedan ?

Así que, aquí van mis preguntas:

Qué diferencia hay entre una Ballena y un Witness ?

Muchos nuevos no conocen estos términos. Ballena es un usuario, como @theycallmedan, que tiene mucha fuerza de voto, y un Witness también. Así que de aquí salen dos incógnitas:
A.- Tiene uno más fuerza de voto que otro ?
B.- Con qué etiqueta se te puede llamar para un voto, o tú escoges a quién votar ?

2.- Si apoyas a la comunidad hispana, Qué harías para mantener a esta comunidad publicando en el Idioma Español ?

Por experiencia propia, me gusta publicar en la comunidad en Inglés, ya que siento que soy mejor votada, hay muchos más Witnesses y Ballenas en la comunidad Inglesa. No se si por mi ignorancia solo conozco a @cervantes y su trail, pero creo que eso no basta. Necesitamos muchos más ya que la comunidad latina es muy grande.
