En este maravilloso día les comparto la elaboración de unas crocantes y deliciosas croquetas de lentejas con vegetales, las cuales las puedes servir por ejemplo como pasapalos, para prepararte un rico emparedado.
In this wonderful day I share with you the preparation of delicious and crunchy lentil croquettes with vegetables, which you can serve, for example, as snacks, to prepare a delicious sandwich.

Ingredientes:

3 tazas de lentejas
Zanahoria
Perejil
Comino en polvo
3 dientes de ajo
Sal y pimienta al gusto
Aceite para freír

Ingredients:

3 cups of lentils
Carrot
Parsley
Cumin powder
3 garlic cloves
Salt and pepper to taste
Oil for frying

🍂 Picamos bien chiquitico el perejil, rallamos la zanahoria y machacamos el ajo.
🍂 Chop the parsley very small, grate the carrot and crush the garlic.

🍂Las lentejas las remojamos toda la noche, las lavamos y luego las procesamos.
🍂 We soak the lentils overnight, wash them and then process .

🍂Ya procesadas las lentejas, le agregamos el ajo, el comino, ½ taza de zanahoria rallada, el perejil, y salpimentamos.
🍂Once the lentils are processed, we add the garlic, the cumin, ½ cup of grated carrot, the parsley, and season.

These lentil croquettes look absolutely delicious @adonisr! I remember my Mom making Lentil & Rice Croquettes many moons ago, will have to ask her how she made them. Yours sound crunchy and really tasty!
